Make a small book with few successes to use as instant antidote to low self-esteem.
NEED:
- A nice notebook
Make a list in this book to all those things that are successful or where you have had success. Write down all the achievements of his life going back as soon as possible at the time, including the smallest things (big things will fill the page itself). Use gold ink and colors to emphasize and embellish the pages. Paste color stars and stickers if desired. Keep the notebook in a drawer for times when your confidence and self esteem need a boost.
