What Is Morton Quick Salt
- A place to walk (a park, a garden or a green and open space).
- A pack of unsalted nuts (or raisins if you are allergic to nuts).
Imagine entering another world, leaving behind their everyday world. Each pass represents a walnut or negative thinking, worry or anxiety. As you walk, throw them one by one, naming the thought by saying "I get rid of you." Soon the birds that will eat (hence, the nuts should be without salt), so imagine all its negativity becomes a winged pleasure. Save the pretty little things you find on your walk and give them a meaning. A pen for example, could symbolize the lightness of heart, a margarita, freshness and innocence, an acorn could represent the force. At the end of your tour, you will be in a mood very different from what was at first.
Top of the World
Another ritual to practice outdoors at lunchtime in order to restore and balance your spirit.
NEED:
- His person and a place to sit
If possible, sit facing south (which is usually the direction of the sun), but do not worry too much about this. Sit quietly and let your breathing slow down and calm down. Be aware of where you are, feeling the sun on your skin, the breeze stir his hair and his feet firmly seated on the floor. Imagine that you are the center of balance of a large compass. Behind you is the north, instead of wisdom. Behold the cold on his back mountain force supporting you, the unstoppable power of glaciers. On your left is the east, the apposite of inspiration. Think fresh winds large areas of sky that lift and stimulate thoughts freeing your mind. Opposite you will find the hot south, a place of transformation and renewal. Feel the heat and let the vibrant color and passion of South awaken your excitement and enthusiasm, lighting and energy. On your right is the west, the seat of peace. Imagine a warm west wind blowing over the ocean at sunset, providing solace and rest. Spend as much time as deemed necessary in each cardinal point. Return to center and return to work refreshed.
